CIEH LEVEL 2 AWARD HEALTHIER FOOD AND SPECIAL DIETS
Description: The course is designed to give all individuals preparing food with all the information they need to prepare nutritious food. They will be able to develop both healthy recipes and cater to a variety of dietary requirements, therefore giving individuals the ability and confidence to respond to customer concerns and questions.
There will be a CIEH 30 question exam at the end of the course.
